Support Image Input

What happened?

Using ctrl+V or @<file> we can reference an image file, but qwen code does not understand/see it.

@riceflippa Before you @Attach an image, you should first use the /model command to switch to the vision-model. This will enable the use of the qwen3-vl model to understand images.

Of course, supporting multimodal capabilities without requiring explicit user interaction is something we are currently working on. Please stay tuned for updates.
