Adopt "proper" semantic versioning.

I declare my intention to move from `v0.major.minor` to `vmajor.minor.patch`, and so we will skip from `v0.5.x` to `v6.x.y`.

I really wanted to switch to that system, but I want to avoid a `v1.0.0`. This does that.
