Private Hunts

Right now any hunt is pretty much public the moment it's created. Maybe add a single checkbox to make a hunt "private" or "unprivate".
Then...

• Anyone who already knows the URL of the hunt can participate, but nobody else.
• Hunts can be run on Myus without being all listed on the main page.
• People can create and test their hunts without going live.

#5 is now complete, so this is no longer blocking.

Will need

• Being able to edit hunts
• A checkbox at the start to mark hunts as private/unprivate for the purposes of being listed on main page

Mostly blocked on #44 at the moment, as you'd probably want to edit overall hunts as a whole if we're making a private -> public hunt pipeline.
