Sync spine coverage for release readiness (#9224)

Summary

• Add 11 missing require_once entries to test/selfhost/compiler_lib_spine_smoke/main.php so Phase A bootstrap inventory is fully covered by the self-host spine.
• Fixes north-star5-verify-fast step 2 (spine coverage sync) that blocked release readiness (Release v1.1.0: make docker release-readiness installable (composer + patches) #9224).

• ext/standard/acosh.php, asinh.php, atanh.php
• ext/standard/DeployPathJitHelper.php, ProgressJitHelper.php
• lib/JIT/BackedEnumDuplicateJitGuard.php, NamedOptionalCallArgs.php
• lib/JIT/Builtin/LastErrorRuntimeLlvm.php, ProgressNoteRuntimeLlvm.php, TimeSleepRuntimeLibcBridge.php, StringStripTagsJit.php

Test plan
