Summary

• Regression: file_exists()/is_dir()/is_file() with inline __DIR__/__FILE__ return false (magic constant lowering) #9127 runtime checklist is green on master after Fix inline __DIR__/__FILE__ as call arguments (#9136) #9139 (MagicScriptConst inline call-arg producer wiring in lib/Compiler.php).
• Expand test/compliance/cases/stdlib/magic_const_filestat.phpt to cover the full issue done-when: file_exists, is_dir, is_file, is_link, is_readable, is_writable, realpath, filetype with inline __DIR__/__FILE__.

php-src reference: Zend/zend_compile.c magic constants + ext/standard/filestat.c — compile fix in PHP (lib/Compiler.php); stat builtins unchanged.
