Summary

• Add JitDateSunFunc compile-time literal baking for date_sunrise() / date_sunset() (php-src ext/date/php_date.c, shared VmDateSunNative astro core php-in-php: VmDateSunNative — date_sunrise/sunset/info without host Zend delegation (ext/date/lib/astro.c) #8003).
• Wire date_sunrise / date_sunset Internal::call() to the new lowerer (mirrors JitDateSunInfo for date_sun_info()).
• Preserve compileTimeFloat through unary - on float literals and temporary __value__ boxing so negative longitudes (e.g. London -0.1) bake correctly in AOT.
