Summary

• Implement openssl_get_cipher_methods(), openssl_get_md_methods(), and openssl_digest() in PHP (ext/openssl/OpensslCipherRegistry.php, VmOpenssl.php) using native cipher IV table + VmHashNative digests.
• Drop host function_exists('openssl_cipher_iv_length') delegation from VmOpenssl::cipher_iv_length() — self-host/AOT no longer depends on Zend ext/openssl for introspection.
• 0 C runtime lines added; host bridge lines removed from VmOpenssl.php.
