Summary

• Add ext/gd/ module skeleton following the zip (Bootstrap: ext/zip/ module skeleton — register ZipArchive for self-host (M4) #5869) / xml (Bootstrap: ext/xml module skeleton — xml_parser_create() must Error cleanly until #3494 #7406) pattern
• Register imagecreate() / imagecreatetruecolor() stubs that throw catchable Error referencing Stdlib: ext/gd — imagecreate / imagepng baseline (ext/gd/gd.c parity) #3496
• Register GdImage builtin class placeholder and load module from lib/Runtime.php
• Add compliance .phpt and unit test (@group gd_skeleton)
