Language: keyed list destructuring with spread (#4889)

Summary

Implements ['label' => $label, ...$rest] = $assoc VM parity for issue #4889:

• php-cfg patch records compile-time string keys consumed before the spread arm (listSpreadExcludedKeys)
• TYPE_LIST_SPREAD_ASSIGN copies remaining entries (assoc tail) instead of requiring a packed list when keys were excluded
• Compiler groups keyed dim-fetch + spread into one TYPE_LIST_UNPACK_CHECK block (same as numeric spread Language: list destructuring with spread — [$a, ...$rest] = $arr (zend_compile.c) #4835)

php-src reference: Zend/zend_compile.c zend_compile_list_assign keyed + unpack semantics.

JIT spread lowering remains #4885 (phase 2).
