Summary

• Leftover of Stdlib: OpenSSLCertificate / OpenSSLAsymmetricKey / OpenSSLCertificateSigningRequest — PHP 8.4 ext/openssl resource→object missing (openssl.stub.php) #7268: openssl_free_key() VM is a deprecated GC no-op, but JIT/AOT threw LogicException.
• Wire call() to VmEngineBuiltinDeprecation::emitJitFunction + boxed null (peer utf8_encode / engine deprecations). Matches current VM (no OpenSSLAsymmetricKey type check).
• php-src: ext/openssl/openssl.c — PHP_FUNCTION(openssl_free_key).
