php-in-php: drop leftover Type always-on cslashes ABI shells (#32893)

Summary

• Remove always-on __compiler_addcslashes / __compiler_stripcslashes shells from Builtin\Type (peer php-in-php: drop leftover Type always-on utf8_encode/utf8_decode ABI shells (ext/standard/utf8.c) #32879 / php-in-php: drop leftover Type always-on quoted_printable_encode/decode ABI shells (ext/standard/quot_print.c) #32882; trust class Release v1.1.0: fix cold-build-check compile_failed on hello world (LLVM Module.php line 180; re-#24302) #32122).
• Type::initialize now ensureStandaloneBodiess StringCslashes (already declares ABIs via JitVmHelperLink::ensureBridge).
• php-src: ext/standard/string.c — addcslashes / stripcslashes.

Closes #32893

Test plan

• ./script/phpunit.sh --filter 'TypeDeadCslashesAbiRuntimeShrinkTest|CslashesRuntimeShrinkTest|StringCslashesRuntimeShrinkTest' → OK (9 tests, 44 assertions)
• AOT addcslashes/stripcslashes match Zend (A\.B / A.B)
• ./script/docker-exec.sh -- bash -lc './script/aot-smoke.sh' → 8/8
