Summary

  • Re-emitted 26 fingerprint-stale helper-runtime units (NullsafeJitHelper, 23 DOM helpers, AssertOptionsJitHelper, IniJitHelper) from current sources via php script/emit-helper-runtime-object.php --prelink.
  • Restores check-helper-runtime-prelink --strict to 410 fresh / 0 stale / 0 broken (was 384 fresh / 26 stale).
  • No restamp: unit fingerprints and unit.o bytes changed because the helpers were lowered again.

Closes #31893

Test plan

  • ./script/docker-exec.sh -- bash -lc 'php script/check-helper-runtime-prelink.php --strict' 
    check-helper-runtime-prelink: x86_64-linux — 410 fresh, 0 stale, 0 broken
  • Emit transcript: 
    helper-runtime-emit: OK — 26 emitted, 327 fresh (skipped), 83 known-broken (skipped), 0 failed now
helper-runtime-prelink: x86_64-linux — 353 fresh published (827.0 MB), 0 removed, 57 kept live-unpublished, 410 committed
  • Did not run release-readiness.sh (implementer; lock) or full bootstrap-selfhost-link (gate was helper-runtime-prelink, not the native link).
  • Inventory doc drift and gen-0 staleness remain red on master (out of scope; gen-0 needs a real rebuild).

Re-emit Nullsafe/DOM/AssertOptions/Ini helper objects from current sources so check-helper-runtime-prelink --strict is 410 fresh / 0 stale.

#31897 added patches/php-cfg-error-suppress-cv-temp.patch, which changes the helper-runtime core fingerprint. Helper sources/deps were unchanged, so --refresh-global-fingerprints updates unit+arch keys without restamping .o bytes.
