Summary

• Follow-up to Language: Zend null-default typed property fatal suggests ?T (#31820) #31827 / Language: null default on non-nullable typed property fatal message — Zend suggests ?T (zend_compile.c) #31820: keep Zend’s ?T fatal message, but throw CompileFatal with property file/line so CLI prints PHP Fatal error: instead of parseAndCompile failure:
• Update dedicated VM/JIT phpt EXPECTF accordingly
