• Prefix PROFILE≥8.4 implicit-nullable E_DEPRECATED with Zend's callable label (f():, C::m():, {closure:file:line}():) from lib/Compiler.php (displayCallableNameForCompileDeprecation).
• Update compliance .phpt expectations + focused VM/JIT guards; drop the file-level case from VMTest.failing.
• Closes Language: implicit nullable E_DEPRECATED omits function name prefix — Zend "f(): Implicitly marking…" (zend_compile.c) #29274
