Chore: drop stale agent repros for closed #27165–#29096 issues

Summary

• Remove 50 one-off test/repro/issue_* scripts whose GitHub issues are already closed (closed today wave).
• Not cited by unit/compliance/docs/script/lib, and not referenced by open re-#N / sibling titles.
• Kept open-issue WIP repros (e.g. #29084) and anything still titled as an open re-regression.

Hygiene (same run)

• Documented superseded Worker lane A/B/C status issues → canonical #29102 / #29075 / #29073 (older status issues already closed).
• Did not delete remote agent/*/fix/* heads: all 22 remaining tips are from 2026-08-08 (merged today); cleanup policy waits >7 days after merge/close. Revisit next week.

Test plan

• Confirmed each deleted issue is CLOSED
• Confirmed no open issue title matches re-#N for deleted set
• Confirmed no unit/compliance/docs/script/lib cite of deleted basenames
• Confirmed no open PR; no WIP remote branch unique commits touching deleted paths
• N/A compiler gates (repro-only deletions)
