Summary

• Route BOOTSTRAP_M3_USE_INVENTORY_EMIT_DRIVER=1 through the emit-TU main bridge (compileM3EmitTuMainNative) instead of compileM3CompileDriverMainNative, matching the stable helloworld_m3_emit_native_entry.php path.
• Use the lighter M3 sidecar set for inventory emit and skip host-compiling compile_driver.php as its own sidecar.
• Extend BootstrapSelfhostHelloWorldTest::testInventoryCompileDriverLinksWithRealLowering to assert native HelloWorld emit at runtime.
