Summary

• Thin user-script AOT never saw NestedJIT VmFs slots for streams opened via JitStreamIoKernel libc fopen — stream_get_meta_data() returned an empty/missing-key array (?/?/NULL).
• Build meta hashtables in LLVM from StreamGlobalsJit path + FILE* tables (JitStreamMetaThinAot), matching php-src streamsfuncs.c / php_stream_get_meta_data keys for php://memory (MEMORY) and php://temp (TEMP).
• Closes Regression: AOT stream_get_meta_data(php://memory) empty keys — VM/JIT match Zend (ext/standard/streams.c) #27659 (batch continues → Regression: AOT stream_context_set_params() compile segfaults — VM/JIT match Zend (re-#8063, ext/standard/streams.c) #27573 → Regression: AOT stream_get_contents(php://memory) segfaults after build — VM/JIT match Zend (ext/standard/file.c) #27437).

  Observed AOT: wt=PHP / st=MEMORY / mode=w+b / isset_mode=YES
• AOT fixture stream_get_meta_data_memory.phpt matches EXPECT (six 1 lines including TEMP)
• php vendor/bin/phpunit --filter StreamMetaKernelShrinkTest — OK (4 tests, 30 assertions)
• php script/check-selfhost-spine-coverage-sync.php — OK
• php script/bootstrap-inventory.php --check — OK 7022/7022

Not covered: full ci-fast / compliance suite; a+ reported mode still hardcodes w+b under thin AOT (done-when does not require it).
