Summary

• Closes Foundation: north-star5-fast 4f-m gen-0 manifest/driver mismatch after #27710 (re-#27696/#8713) #27714 — Pillar 1 north-star5-verify-fast step 4f-m was red: lowering_source_fingerprint lagged live sources after Language: Zend fatal for anonymous class in attribute ctor (#27709) #27710–Stdlib: fix AOT password_algos() empty return (#27658) #27723.
• Honest Zend rebuild of prelinked/bootstrap-gen0/bin-compile-aot via make bootstrap-gen0-refresh-argv-driver (provenance: verified-fresh) — no restamp-only.
• Regenerated docs/bootstrap-inventory.md (warning line churn in lib/Compiler.php).

Test plan

• php script/check-bootstrap-gen0-manifest-sync.php → OK (fingerprint ed5d8a706685…, driver 2717432 bytes)
• php script/bootstrap-gen0-staleness.php → fresh (lowering_commits_since: 0)
• make north-star5-verify-fast → green (step 4f-m ok)
• ./script/release-readiness.sh --json → north-star5-fast: ok (not blocked by this gate); user_release_ready still no on unrelated helper-runtime/cold-build
• Functional smoke on rebuilt driver (HelloWorld + arith + single-quote echo)
