Summary

• Switch CompilerVersion::supportsDereferencableNewWithoutOuterParens() from version_compare(languageProfileVersion(), '8.4.0') to isForwardProfileAtLeast('8.4.0') so PHP 8.4 new Class()->method() works on the default 8.4.0-dev build without setting PHP_COMPILER_PROFILE=8.4.
• Existing desugar/rejector pipeline unchanged; PHP_COMPILER_PROFILE=8.2 still rejects like Zend ≤8.3.
• Add issue repro + compliance guard for default-profile success.
