• Route FtokJitHelper compile through JitVmHelperLink::ensureCompiled (env clear, insert restore, helper-runtime cache) — peer StringStrcoll php-in-php: StringStrcoll NestedJIT → JitVmHelperLink::ensureCompiled (#1492) #22256 / LdapRuntime php-in-php: LdapRuntime escape NestedJIT → JitVmHelperLink::ensureBridge (#1492) #22276
• Delete hand-rolled NestedJitCompileScope::run + parseAndCompile + new JIT() from FtokRuntime
• Restamp gen-0 lowering fingerprint; inventory warnings for FtokRuntime 3 → 1

NestedJIT / C shrink

• lib/JIT/Builtin/FtokRuntime.php: 185 → 158 lines (−27) — helper compile now shared JitVmHelperLink
• No new C; compile-path only (php-src ftok semantics unchanged)
