chore: drop stale maintainer_gap repros for closed Jul 22 issues

Summary

• Drop 6 VM-green test/repro/maintainer_gap_* scripts for issues closed 2026-07-22, each already covered by compliance/AOT guards:
  • Stdlib: ReflectionClass::isIterable() missing — Zend reports Traversable implementors (ext/reflection/php_reflection.c) #22117 → reflection_class_isiterable.phpt
  • Stdlib: ReflectionFunction::isVariadic() missing — ReflectionMethod works (ext/reflection/php_reflection.c, sibling #18228) #22045 → reflection/reflection_function_is_variadic.phpt
  • Regression: array_keys(array_flip()/array_slice()/…) nested call — arg #1 null (re-#15440, ext/standard/array.c) #21981 → array_keys_nested_producer.phpt + AOT fixture (kept maintainer_gap_array_keys_nested_call_null.php — still loaded by InlineCallArgProducerSlotTest)
  • Stdlib: ldap_dn2ufn()/ldap_explode_dn() missing — DN utility helpers (ext/ldap/ldap.stub.php) #22212 → ext/ldap_dn_helpers.phpt
  • Regression: atan2()/pow()/fmod()/intdiv()/base_convert()/log() arity — LogicException not ArgumentCountError (ext/standard, re-#21964) #21982 → issue21982_math_arity_argument_count.phpt
• Separately deleted orphan remote agent/pillar1-gen0-restamp-after-22052 (no PR; superseded restamp) — noted on Strategic alignment: compiler excellence pillars (2026 H2) #10533.

Test plan

• php bin/vm.php on each deleted repro → green before delete
• Guards present on master
• InlineCallArgProducerSlotTest nested array_keys filter → OK (2 tests)
• Merge when green
