Summary

• Implement ReflectionClass::getInterfaces() / ReflectionEnum::getInterfaces() as name => ReflectionClass using the same interface walk as getInterfaceNames() (Stdlib: ReflectionClass::getTraitNames()/getInterfaceNames() missing — enum/trait introspection (ext/reflection/php_reflection.c) #9692).
• Compliance .phpt + issue repro; spine/inventory + gen-0 fingerprint restamp.
