Summary

• Closes Gen-1+ #1492: Zend gen-0 compiler_minimal SIGSEGV after c:include M3EmitTuTrivialEchoAot.php (unblocked by #21888) #21925 — Zend gen-0 compiler_minimal AOT was dying after a successful link with host free(): invalid pointer (exit 134), so make bootstrap-selfhost-link stayed red once Gen-1+ #1492: bootstrap-selfhost-link Zend gen-0 — SuperglobalRefreshJitHelper::buildGetTable returns int not HashTable #21888 unblocked the earlier TypeError.
• After a successful selfhost -o emit, bin/compile.php _exit(0)s to skip LLVM FFI destructor order that aborts despite a good binary on disk.
• Idempotent Builder::dispose (php-llvm patch) and a small smoke-run retry in bootstrap-selfhost-link.sh for residual ~15–25% AOT-binary teardown flake.

php-src / implementation

• Bootstrap/codegen (php-compiler-strict gate path); no php-src language change.
• PHP: bin/compile.php, script/bootstrap-selfhost-link.sh; vendor patch only for Builder dispose.

Residual: fresh Zend build/selfhost can still intermittently free(): invalid pointer on process teardown after printing OK (~15–25%); gate retries up to BOOTSTRAP_SELFHOST_RUN_TRIES (default 5). Root codegen/heap corruption still worth a follow-up.
