Summary

• Route zero-arg getenv() (StringGetenvAll) through shared __superglobals__mirror_process_environ instead of inlining JitEnvironMirrorKernel into __compiler_getenv_all.
• Thin standalone AOT: EnvironMirrorRuntime emits the libc environ walk in the ABI body (NestedJIT EnvironMirrorNativeJitHelper returns empty under thin AOT — same blocker as closed php-in-php: delete JitEnvironMirrorKernel libc environ walk — mirror via /proc + native HT setters (#19157 follow-up) #21580).
• Embed path unchanged: NestedJIT helper via helper-runtime (php-in-php: delete EnvironMirrorUserScriptLlvm — route __superglobals__mirror_process_environ through EnvironMirrorJitHelper PHP (#1492) #18984).

Lines / surface

• Removed inline JitEnvironMirrorKernel::mirrorIntoHashtablePtr from StringGetenvAll (~getenv_all bridge duplication).
• Kernel retained once in EnvironMirrorRuntime::implementThinKernelBridge for thin AOT (not deleted — NestedJIT leaf still needed for embed/phpc_native_environ_mirror_into_ht).

Note: AotTest dataset getenv_all still misses APP_DEBUG/putenv overlay lines on master and this branch alike (pre-existing harness/--ENV-- overlay gap — not regressed; PATH/HOME environ fill is green).
