Regenerate bootstrap-inventory.md (611 vm.php-path files) and align wave3, self-host, README, and development-status trackers with 606 require_once units plus 5 deferred native-link paths. Fix stale bootstrap-m5-fast-path.md allow/deny tables for snapshot sync. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
