Summary

• Merge 18 missing vm.php-path inventory units into compiler_lib_spine_smoke via sorted bootstrap-spine-merge-missing-includes.php (curl spine, fastcgi_finish_request, libcrypt/password_random_bytes PHP-in-PHP shrink, StringFileGetContentsLibc, syntax rejectors)
• Regenerate docs/bootstrap-inventory.md + docs/bootstrap-profile.json (4114/4114)
• Update spine footnotes (4094→4114) and refresh gen-0 sidecar stamp

Unblocks php script/bootstrap-inventory.php --check and check-selfhost-spine-coverage-sync.php on master after recent #16717/#16710 landings.
