Fix AOT compile SIGSEGV: standalone var_dump/print_r LLVM path (#16565)

Summary

• Root cause: php-in-php: delete StringVarDumpJit — standalone AOT var_dump via VarDumpJitHelper PHP (#1492) #13241/php-in-php: delete StringPrintRJit — standalone AOT print_r via PrintRJitHelper PHP (#1492) #13240 deleted StringVarDumpJit/StringPrintRJit and routed standalone AOT through nested JIT compile of VarDumpJitHelper.php / PrintRJitHelper.php. That pulls in VmVarDump/VmPrintR and SIGSEGVs LLVM 9 during bin/compile.php / phpc build (exit 139).
• Fix: Hybrid routing in StringVarDump / StringPrintR:
  • LOAD_TYPE_STANDALONE (user AOT): restored LLVM monoliths (StringVarDumpJit, StringPrintRJit)
  • LOAD_TYPE_EMBED (self-host/MCJIT): php-in-PHP VarDumpJitHelper / PrintRJitHelper bridge unchanged
• C runtime: no change (lib/AOT/runtime/ still only phpc_progress.c)
