Sync bootstrap inventory/spine for DnfParenIntersectionSyntaxRejector (#14904)

Summary

• Add lib/DnfParenIntersectionSyntaxRejector.php to compiler_lib_spine_smoke (post-Language: parenthesized DNF intersection-only types compile on VM — Zend 8.2 reference profile parse error (Zend/zend_compile.c) #14904 DNF gate landed without spine include)
• Regenerate docs/bootstrap-inventory.md (3673/3673 Phase A inventory)
• Refresh M2 spine footnotes across tracked docs + BootstrapSelfhostBundleTest

Closes #10345 (bootstrap fallback — inventory/spine drift after #14904)
