Summary

• preg_match() / preg_match_all() now coerce float $offset via VmMath::parseIntBuiltinArgForFrame (php-src Z_PARAM_LONG / ext/pcre/php_pcre.c).
• JitLongArg truncates TYPE_NATIVE_DOUBLE with fpToSi for JIT/AOT offset lowering.
