Summary

• Move ValueBoxWriteBoolJit LLVM __value__writeBool emission into lib/VM/VmValueBoxWriteBool.php
• ValueBoxWriteBoolJit.php reduced from 72 → 21 lines (thin trampoline)
• Incremental php-in-php: JIT Refcount LLVM — shrink __ref__ zval refcount layer via VmValue PHP helpers (#1492) #9570 refcount/value-box PHP-in-PHP migration (replaces former phpc_value_box.c bool path)
