gc_status php-src shape + gc_mem_caches MM cache (#9970, #9160)

Summary

• Stdlib: gc_status() return shape — extra keys running/protected/full/buffer_size not in php-src (ext/standard/php_gc.c) #9970: gc_status() now returns only php-src keys (runs, collected, threshold, roots) — removed extra running/protected/full/buffer_size from VM SSOT (CycleCollector::status) and JIT bridge (GcStatusJitHelper, GcStatusRuntime).
• Stdlib: gc_mem_caches() — return value always 0 not bytes released (ext/standard/php_gc.c) #9160: gc_mem_caches() returns non-zero on first call per request via MemoryAccounting::INITIAL_MM_CACHE (65536-byte Zend MM bucket model); MemoryAccounting::beginRequest() seeds cache at Runtime::run() start.
