php-in-php: delete StringPhpinfoRuntimeLlvm — standalone uses PhpinfoJitHelper (#9256)

Summary

• Delete lib/JIT/Builtin/StringPhpinfoRuntimeLlvm.php (~313 LLVM lines) — AOT standalone now uses the same PhpinfoJitHelper → VmInfo thin bridge as JIT embed
• StringPhpinfoRuntime.php gains ensureStandaloneBodies() and NestedJitCompileScope helper compile (pattern: StringStripTags / php-in-php: AOT StringStripTagsStandaloneLlvm — route standalone strip_tags through StripTagsJitHelper PHP not ~980-line LLVM (#1492) #9746)
• Spine + bootstrap inventory updated

Closes #9256 (remaining standalone LLVM quarantine)

LLVM lines removed

• StringPhpinfoRuntimeLlvm.php: −313 lines (file deleted)
• Net diff: −356 lines
