Regenerate docs/bootstrap-inventory.md for CastArrayNativeJit/CastObjectNativeJit/CastUnsetJit and related vm.php-path files; extend compiler_lib_spine_smoke includes so inventory --check and spine coverage sync pass. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
