Guard enum case instance method dispatch (#10341)

Summary

• Closes Regression: enum case instance method call — re-#3390, Method call on non-object (Zend/zend_enum.c) #10341 — enum case instance method dispatch (E::A->label(), interface impl E2::A->foo()) already matches Zend on master; this PR adds a PHPUnit guard so the re-Language: enum user methods — parse + VM dispatch (Zend zend_enum.c parity) #3390 regression cannot return unnoticed.
• Extends EnumInstanceMethodGapTest with interface-dispatch coverage using test/repro/maintainer_gap_enum_case_method_dispatch.php.
