Problem

Output-buffer introspection JIT still uses ObStatusRuntime (~396 lines LLVM) building hashtables from ObStorageGlobals in LLVM. VM implements ob_get_status() / ob_list_handlers() in PHP (ext/standard/, VmOutput).

Stdlib lowering tracked in #4877; this issue is the LLVM → PHP migration for JIT/AOT.

Merged via #10477.

PHP path: ext/standard/ObStatusJitHelper.php — buildStatusEntryPartial() holds numeric ob status fields; VmOb delegates for VM SSOT.

LLVM shrink: removed __phpc_ob_status_entry and numeric __hashtable__setStringKeyLong emission from ObStatusRuntime; JIT bridge calls compiled helper + one setStringKeyString for handler name.

Verification: ob_get_status.phpt green on VM + JIT; ObStatusRuntimeShrinkTest (3 tests); make bootstrap-selfhost-vm-driver-execute-probe OK.
