Problem

Session lifecycle builtins (session_start, session_write_close, session_destroy, status transitions) have VM logic in ext/standard/VmSession.php and helpers, but JIT/AOT still link lib/JIT/Builtin/SessionLifecycleRuntime.php (~461 lines) with LLVM globals (sg_SESSION, hex session id generation, write-close paths).

Related migrations #9411 (session_gc), #9440 (session_encode/decode), #9376 (session_name headers) must share one PHP session SSOT — lifecycle LLVM is the largest remaining non-encode chunk.

Partial merge via #11141 — __phpc_session_generate_new_id hex LLVM replaced with phpc_session_random_id_string / SessionCreateIdJitHelper bridge (−80 LLVM loop, −30 net lines).

Remaining #9446 scope: standalone start/write_close/destroy/reset/abort/unset LLVM → SessionLifecycleJitHelper + VmSession.

Verification: OK (3 tests) SessionLifecycleRuntime* in Docker.

LLVM shrink: SessionLifecycleRuntime 430→398 lines — deleted duplicate emitEnsureDefaultSessionName; standalone session_start now calls SessionStorageGlobals::emitCallEnsureDefaults() SSOT.

Nested JIT: TryCatchHelper probeInsertBlock() fixes throw lowering when insertion position is cleared (#8559); standalone nested helper compile still blocked on __phpc_ob_end_all linkage during ParseUrl helper compile.

Verification: SessionLifecycleRuntimeShrinkTest OK (9 assertions); spine sync OK.
