Testing: aot phpt miniwebapp_render_home — resolveAppName + layout include (#764)

Problem

The #764 bisect ladder has unit-sized PHPTs (#848 isset config) and layout-tier fixtures (#784, #807, #832), but no single PHPT that mirrors Router::renderHome():

1. Read $this->config['app_name'] via resolveAppName()
2. Set $title / $appName locals
3. include templates/layout.php (one hop, no title-branch partials yet)

Without this middle step, fixes can green #848 while full 003 still prints 0 bytes.

Goal

Add test/fixtures/aot/cases/miniwebapp_render_home.phpt (+ entry.php tree) picked up by test/aot/AotTest.php:

• --EXPECT-- contains MiniWebApp and <html (layout shell)
• Runs in @group llvm via ./script/ci-local.sh --filter miniwebapp_render_home
