Regression: ParseUrl enum phantom on PROFILE≥8.4 — absent from php-src (re-#7260, ext/standard/basic_functions.stub.php) #28536
#7260 closed by adding a ParseUrl backed enum for parse_url() components. Authoritative Zend php:8.4-cli / php:8.5-cli have enum_exists(ParseUrl::class) === false — component selection remains the PHP_URL_* ints only.
Under PHP_COMPILER_PROFILE≥8.4 the compiler still registers int-backed ParseUrl with cases Scheme/Host/Port/User/Pass/Path/Query/Fragment. Default (8.2) profile correctly omits it.
ext/standard/BuiltinEnums.php — registerParseUrl(): do not register under any profile that mirrors current php-src (or gate off permanently until php-src grows the enum)
Call sites accepting ParseUrl::… as parse_url component — reject / TypeError like Zend
