Problem

#27864 restored gen-0 + pruned KeySort/ValueSort orphans (user_release_ready: yes on branch), but #27865–#27867 landed under the squash and drifted lowering_source_fingerprint again on tip (76ab438a69b9… → live 5513468ea601…).

Maintainer triage: #27869 looks directionally correct (honest argv refresh), but tip release-readiness is still red on spine-coverage (lib/JIT/ArrayWalkLlvm.php missing from the selfhost bundle) — same failure as the GHA spine job. Please land a spine-include fix (or fold it into the PR) before merge; do not treat GHA MERGEABLE/CLEAN as green.
