Context

Daily release review 2026-07-26 on master @ 3fce0ade3 (after gen-0 restamp #23412).

Pillar 1 (Trust) quick gates are 5/5 green (./script/release-readiness.sh --json → user_release_ready: yes):

• bootstrap-inventory OK 6571/6571
• spine-coverage / root-readme-sync / north-star5-fast / vm-driver-probe — ok
• make bootstrap-selfhost-link — OK /compiler/build/selfhost
• make bootstrap-selfhost-helloworld — OK emit_path=native / Hello World

#22845 (003-MiniWebApp empty $appName) closed 2026-07-24 (PR #22871). Ship path is now blocked on committed capability-matrix drift, not examples AOT (AOT smoke still cold-building helpers in this --full probe).

• Note: examples-aot-smoke still fails on 005-SessionsWeb (Static call class must be a literal) independent of this doc regen
