Problem
Calling addcslashes() with one argument throws LogicException on the VM; Zend throws ArgumentCountError with the standard arity message.

addcslashes()VM/JIT arity now usesInternal::requireExactArgCount/requireExactJitArgCount(ZendArgumentCountErrormessage shape).Verification:
php bin/vm.php -r '…'→ArgumentCountError: addcslashes() expects exactly 2 arguments, 1 given./script/phpunit.sh --filter addcslashes_argument_count→ OK (4 tests)
