Problem
lib/JIT/Builtin/StringSoundex.php still uses hand-rolled NestedJitCompileScope::run + parseAndCompile + new JIT() (~90 LOC). #21342 migrated StringMetaphone to JitVmHelperLink::ensureBridge (HelperRuntimeCache + user-script env clear).
