Problem

IncludePathRuntime still gates thin/user-script stubs on StreamIoRuntime::shouldDeferHeavyStreamIoEmitters() (inventory-emit + NestedJit defer bag). Peer builtins already use Context::isThinStandaloneAotMain() for the same thin-standalone constraint (#16075).
