Docs: ROOT_README shipped-examples table — add 005-SessionsWeb row

Problem

Root README.md Shipped examples (000–004) table omits 005-SessionsWeb even though examples/README.md documents VM ✅ and make examples-web-smoke includes session curls (#1881 ✅).

Presenters reading only the root README miss the fifth reference app and AOT status (#1891).

Goal

Add a 005-SessionsWeb row to the root README north-star / shipped-examples table with honest VM/JIT/AOT/deploy columns (mirror examples/README.md).

Coordinate #1525 / ROOT_README_SYNC_GATE if enabled.

Root README.md already includes 005-SessionsWeb in the shipped-examples table (VM ✅, AOT columns 📋 #1891 / #1893). script/check-root-readme-sync.php enforces presence when ROOT_README_SYNC_GATE=1.

Remaining work (if any): ensure docs/pages/development-status.md mirrors the row (#1864 scope) and close this issue after grep 005-SessionsWeb README.md + sync test green on your branch.
