   Done: sidecar stamp + manifest synced (f4a61827…); check-selfhost-spine-sidecar-sync green; north-star5-verify --fast green; docker-exec sync-back for bootstrap-gen0-refresh-sidecar.

   Still open on this issue: prelinked compiler_lib_aot_blob was not recompiled (honest emit failed: VmMbstring::encodeMimeheader undefined under gen-0 inventory driver). Blob bytes unchanged; ~20–30% ./build/selfhost-lib-spine-smoke runs still emit free(): invalid pointer. Next: fix gen-0 spine compile blocker, refresh blob, verify 50 consecutive OK runs.

   Re-ran acceptance on current master after bootstrap-gen0-refresh-sidecar (docker tar-fallback, ~36m link):

   Honest emit still hits VmMbstring::encodeMimeheader under gen-0 inventory driver (sidecar fallback path), but prelinked blob + stamp are consistent and the intermittent crash called out in the handoff comment does not reproduce on this tree.
