Summary

Merge PR #10498 to restore examples-aot-smoke and examples-web-smoke on the release path.

What it fixes

• AOT (php-in-php: JIT ScalarDimFetchHelper — route scalar $x[$k] read LLVM through VmScalarDimFetch PHP (#1492) #10343): Nested php-in-PHP JIT helper compiles (ScalarDimFetch, ObGzhandler, JitVmHelperLink) polluted shared blockStorage / blockEntryStorage → LLVM verify failures on 000-HelloWorld.
• ScalarDimFetch bridge: zext i8→i64 for emitWarningForJitType(int).
• Web smoke (DevEx: script/examples-web-smoke.sh — curl harness for shipped web examples #298): phpc serve cold start ~17–20s in Docker; wait_for_serve default 30s (PHP_COMPILER_SERVE_READY_TIMEOUT).
• Carries SessionsWeb POST 303 + MiniWebApp $_REQUEST static-guard fixes.

Merge notes

• Revert or drop master resolveJitBranchEntryBlock JUMPIF wiring (b100a7881) when merging — it causes LLVM corruption; NestedJitCompileScope is the correct fix.
• Rebase onto current master and resolve ObGzhandler/ScalarDimFetch conflicts in favour of NestedJitCompileScope.
