Bug: Message Review - reassigning messages

Describe the bug
In message review when reassigning messages to other texters (ie unanswered replies) the messages are not reassigned and cause 501: internal server error when reloading. Clearing filters in message review resets the error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Goto message review
2. Select a campaign and message status
3. Select any or all messages displayed and reassign them to another texter
4. See error

Expected behavior
Messages are reassigned and removed from current filter
