Pins the chschema build that resolves an uncomposed manifest cluster as @absent (#127) — a `cluster` block whose roles aren't deployed in the -env is treated as absent, not an error — on top of manifest-driven whole-env validate (#126), manifest-derived -cluster mappings (#125), and cross-cluster `validate -cluster` + proxy column checks (#118/#119, aliases #122, MV/View sources #121). Also brings table PROJECTIONs (#113) and dictionary layout params (#117) into introspect. Offline gate green under the new build; committed goldens unchanged.

The chschema bump introspects table PROJECTIONs (#113), which the previous build ignored. That surfaced a real fidelity gap: the live logs32/logs34 tables carry a `projection_aggregate_counts` PROJECTION (added by an earlier migration) that was never modeled in the HCL — invisible before because the old build couldn't see projections. The multinode live-convergence gate now flags it as drift. Model the projection on both tables in roles/logs/local and regenerate golden/local-logs.hcl + sql/local-logs.sql. Definition copied from the live introspect (PostHog/clickhouse-schema dump); no cluster change — the projection already exists, the HCL is catching up.
