createMessage was used by both POST /messages and
POST /threads/{thread_id}/messages. operationId must be unique across
the document, so the thread-scoped operation is renamed.

What changed in this PR
This PR resolves an operation ID collision in the OpenAPI specification between message creation and thread-scoped message creation.
Changes:
- Renames the operation ID for
POST /threads/{thread_id}/messagesfromcreateMessagetocreateThreadMessage, distinguishing it fromPOST /messages.
