Problem with ReferralCodes scene.

Describe the bug

1. I only tested it with the referral codes sample.
2. Scripts are missing in the scene when I install the sample package in unity.
3. Example scenes are therefore not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install playfab SDK in unity
2. Install referral sample package
3. Open the scene

Expected behavior

I wanted to figure out how the referral system works, so I can use it in my own project.

Maybe I am missing something out. But playfab works fine in my project, so I assumed referralScene would fine the scripts it needs.

Works fine for me.. maybe use new Unity version
